as pictured in the photos.  Included is: Face mask x2 (w/ extra face guard) (the foreheads have "Thunder" by Pro Force on them), one set of child-sized gloves (not sure what the actual size is), two sets of medium shin guards, one set of medium forearm/ arm guards, and one set of BRAND NEW adult-sized shin guards w/ the added foot guards (see photo #4).  My boys were doing karate and kickboxing for the past 3 years, but then we had the pandemic... and my boys have decided they had no interest in karate and kickboxing anymore.  What you see is what you get.  FYI: I have no idea what the V/U-shaped plastic piece is that is pictured in the last two photos.
