After over a year of testing and development, Dale's Holeshot Performance Gen 1 V-Max slip-on's are now ready. Dale's collector design makes some great power gains even with the stock header section, and more than he has ever seen in the past with previous slip-on designs.The collector exit tubes, also allow the Holeshot customer to choose between our 10" inch Bad Boy black Comp mufflers, or the 14" inch polished or black, available with Street or Comp cores.
The 10" are a bit louder than 14", but keep in mind that our billet machined DB killers are also an option for longer rides. Dale recommends trying them first before ordering the DB killers. All muffler options make close to the same power gains, and the street cores will knock the edge off a bit more with only a 1 to 2 peak HP loss over the comps. The collectors are precision hand tig welded polished 304 stainless, as well as the muffler tips, end caps and custom clamps.
Our muffler shells are sturdy but light 6061 seamless air craft aluminum, and the satin black is our high temp powder coat that holds up great. The Holeshot slip-on system removes about 16 to 18 lbs and can be installed in 2 to 3 hours with normal hand tools by any home tuner. Our center stand stop kit is sold separately if you want to keep the stand on the bike.
