Yamaha FZ-07 MT07 Exhaust Pipe XBSS Extremeblaster Slipon muffler to header

Description

Custom made in the USA.  XBSS Extremeblaster slip on to header custom muffler fitting Yamaha FZ-07/MT-07 2015 to 2022 after market header (does not include header, see pic for aftermarket header type). Stock exhaust headers must be removed and after market header installed with 2" o.d. outlet. Included is also a bracket attachment from pipe to the stock exhaust chamber mount for added security. Incredible dual cylinder rumble (similar to 900 Yamaha Bolt)
Base model is all black powder coat finish. Chrome pipe is available with chrome, red or black interior slash for more (message me if you want the chrome pipe).
This internal resonated pipe delivers a rumbling tone with less distortion that is not obnoxiously loud as a small open non resonated pipe. The fixed internal baffle helps to prevent lean out conditions at high rpm (snap, crackle, pop) by providing some back pressure. A baffle plug is also included that plugs one of the 4 holes in the baffle to provide more back pressure to reduce noise and popping on deceleration etc. Please search youtube or Google + at Yamaha FZ07 MT07 Extremeblaster exhaust XBSS my channel name is lvgsxr for a sound clip of this custom exhaust system.

FIRST FEEDBACK: (Abram) The sound of the muffler has been turning heads. Been getting a lot of compliments already. The video really doesnt capture how loud and deep it sounds. Sounds way better than any full exhaust I have heard and cost half the price. Super easy install and the sound it makes is insane. Looks clean i'm happy with it thanks again for everything!

This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.

Returns - 14 day return buyer pays return shipping. Return pipe unused in the same condition as received (do not run motor through pipe). A 20% restock fee applies to this item due to the made to order custom manufactured exhaust for a particular motorcycle (may not be able to resell for a period of time).
