Tenda Ichthammol Salve 20% has multiple uses with horses, especially in treating a hoof abscess. Ichthammol drawing salve from Tenda also helps strengthen weak, brittle hooves. It can alleviate certain skin conditions like eczema, boils, rope burns, and sores while supporting a normal inflammatory reaction. It can even aid with tick removal.

Tenda Ichthammol Salve 20% is made with high quality ammonium salt of dark sulfonated shale oil from a mine in Austria. The emollient and mildly antiseptic salve is useful to draw out debris, pus, and infection from wounds and hooves. Tenda Ichthammol Salve 20% should be used on areas that have been cleansed, rinsed, and dried. Wear gloves to apply the salve  liberally to the affected area. Do not use in or around the eyes. Follow all label instructions.
