    ale's SV 650 Holeshot Slip-on delivers the performance and quality you expect from Holeshot Performance. It offers over 50% weight reduction compared to stock and is handcrafted from high grade stainless steel and aluminum components. This simple design requires cutting the muffler tube in an easy to get to location and can be installed in about 20 minutes. This design allowed us keep the cost down compared to others that are available, without sacrificing performance. As far as sound goes, it has a very throaty, yet still very subtle exhaust note at light throttle.
    Dale spent over a month on the Holeshot dyno and road testing the 1st Gen SV-650, and found that shimming the needles and adjusting the pilot fuel screws is the very best combination. Re-jetting is unnecessary. The stock Suzuki air filter also out performed higher flow units. Carb shims are included, as well as installation instructions and tuning tips with your new Holeshot SV Slip-on. You can expect a maximum of 3-6 horsepower gain, more mid range and much smoother running from the Holeshot slip-on and Dale's simple carb tweak.

    Most late model EFI SV-650 run pretty well when adding a slip-on if you stick with the original air filter.Tuning is not
    mandatory
    but if you want to really smooth out the power curve, ad more mid range and top end power, along with very good fuel mileage, Dale highly recommends the Holeshot EFI Supertune tuner. He has been EFI Supertune tuner tuning the DLs & SVs for a few years now with great results.
    This is a much easier way to dial in your EFI than any other method and dyno tuning and re-mapping is not necessary. Dale pre sets each tuner for your combination so its literally a plug and play deal.
    SV Holeshot mufflers are
    available
    in polished or high temp powder black depending on stock. Laser mark may not be on the rear end cap.  The side logo plate is no longer installed on our mufflers. We now only have our  14 " Holeshot mufflers left in stock, with the comp or street core.
