    Dale's DL 650 V-Strom Holeshot Slip-on delivers the performance and quality you expect from Holeshot Performance. It offers about a 50% weight reduction compared to stock and is hand crafted from high grade 304 stainless steel and 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum components. This simple but clean design requires cutting the muffler tube in an easy to get to location behind the lower exhaust heat shield, and can be installed in about 20 to 30 minutes.
    This design allowed us to keep the cost down compared to building a hand made full system, without sacrificing performance and keeping more of a factory look. As far as sound goes, it has a very subtle exhaust note at light throttle or while just cruising down the interstate, but will come alive under full throttle load with that great V-Twin growl. The polished elbow pipe and clamps are also made of 304 stainless for long life and good looks.
    Most DL-650 run pretty well when adding a slip-on if you stick with the original air filter. Tuning is Not Mandatory, but if you want to really smooth out the power curve, add more mid range and top end power, along with very good fuel mileage, Dale highly recommends the Holeshot Supertune tuning box, which offers great results and is very user friendly.
    This is a much easier way to dial in your EFI than any other method and dyno tuning and re-mapping is not necessary. Previously named TFI tuner, the new tuner has a few small updates. Dale also presets each Supertune tuner so its literally a plug and play instillation.  Please see our website for details.
    The DL 650 V-Strom Holeshot slip-on is available in fully polished or the powder black street core canister, with polished stainless laser etched end cap. The elbow pipe and clamps are also made of 304 stainless for a long life, and high quality
