**You are looking at a new Samson 2 1/4" Grim Reaper Slasher exhaust for the 1986-2003 Harley Davidson Softails. You may also be able to use this for custom applications. Please read our terms listed below and bid accordingly.
**We received this in a dealer buy out and all of the information we have on it is listed here. In the fourth picture you can see the top of the instructions included with this statement it will fit the 1986-Up Harley Davidson Softails. You can also see the Samson part number for this exhaust, E-122. The last picture shows the Custom Chome label that states that this will fit all Softails including Twin Cams. We did not find this exhaust in any of our catalogs but we did find it online here: www.classiccruiser.com/product.asp?item=245490. Consider all of this before bidding.

**This exhaust does NOT have baffles mounted in it. You will need to provide your own baffle separately.
**What you see in the picture is what you will receive. Anything else required to mount it will have to be provided separately.
**This exhaust is too large to ship overseas, please do not ask for an international shipping quote.
**This exhaust is new and in decent shape. We did not see any major damage on this at all. It has been sitting in a warehouse for a while so there are some minor rub marks and minor scuffs on the pipes themselves. Please keep all of this in mind.

prior to bidding. After the item is won, the buyer must communicate via e-mail these changes of terms so that we can make the appropriate changes in our software. Please do not call us to arrange alternate shipping terms, as verbal communication will not be honored; we accept e-mail communication only.
The high bidder is to pay shipping cost as shown in the shipping calculator. Insurance is already added into the price quoted by the calculator.
You must have a
street address
(not a post office box) for us to ship to. If you pay via Paypal we will

ship to the address provided by Paypal. If you pay via credit card we will

ship to the credit card billing address.
Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after receipt of payment.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking information. Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment is made. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email in that time then contact us.
Combined Shipping
: We have to manually process any combine shipping. If you are done shopping and would like for us to try to combine ship those items that are practical to combine ship (Note: We do not combine ship flat rate items) then email us when you are finished buying, and we will see if we can combine your items.

Our Guarantee:
After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:
(1) Our customer service email address is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is
MATERIALLY DIFFERENT
than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
