    Description

Two stroke pipe repair kit with adapter and plate to fit the following sizes:

Repair 200/250/300cc using the plate only.

This kit contains a plate and sleeve insert to fit the muffler ends. If you require only ONE size of plate, save some $$ and buy one of the other kits (based on your engine cc size) in a separate listing and indicate the year, make and cc size of your bike so I can send you the correct size plate.
    Remove d
ents from your modern 2 stroke pipe using your air compressor and a heat source.
Contains parts to seal off both ends of the pipe, including an air valve on one end. Dents can be removed by applying air pressure and gently heating the damaged area. The increase in air pressure in the pipe pushes the dent outwards.
Built-in 100 psi pressure gauge to monitor the pressure inside the pipe during dent removal offering additional safety. Lesser tools don't have these.
Pipe can be heated with mapp gas or propane torch but oxy/acetylene is preferred.
    FITMENT NOTES:
Universal fit on header end for modern pipes. Muffler end:
TYPICALLY 125/150cc 2 stroke pipes will use the plate with the included sleeve insert down to 1" (25mm) while the 200/250/300cc 2 stroke pipes use only the milled plate.
This kit will not fit the FMF SST pipe. The stinger end has a larger diameter and must be milled on a custom order. Please send a message to seller.
NOTE: This tool WILL NOT work on 1998 or 1999 KTM 250/300cc pipes due to the style of the pipe flange those two model years.
Measure your pipe (muffler end) prior to ordering and/or include the bike year, make and cc size in notes to seller upon purchase. This way I can make sure you receive the correct size.
There are also specific kits sized to fit KTM 65/85cc, CR500 and KX500cc pipes.
Simple to use. General usage instructions included.
