From the early 1970's this is a Ludwig Hollywood 4 piece drum set. 3ply Maple shells with reinforcement rings. Very fat and punchy drums! Parts are mostly all original aside from the heads and a few tension rods. This comes with 8 (deep) x 12 and 9 (deep) x 13 rack toms, 16x16 floor tom, and a 14 (Deep) x 22 bass drum. The Black Oyster Pearl finish shows signs of use with some cracks, rash, scratches, scuffs, and some gouging. Seams are all down. But are shrunk back some. The shells are in over all good condition. Bass drum is has two extra holes and has a little edge repair. The 12" also has some extra holes and has been painted white inside. The 13" is all good, just painted white inside. The 16" is the best over all condition and most original. Interiors and bearing edges are in good shape. Metal hoops and hardware have scratches, pitting and minor rust. Tom mounts, spurs, leg brackets, and mufflers are 100% functioning. Bass drum hoops show chips and scratches in the black paint. There's some pedal rash on the batter side. Inlays are intact. Heads show wear, but have plenty of use left.
