Custom made to fit in the USA. XB08 Extremeblaster Polished stainless steel slip on shorty glass pack with 4" tunable disk system fitting 2008-2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250r,  stock header pipe.  Ninja 250R slip on can be used in two ways.  Slip-on to the stock header location or for shorter pipe look your mid-pipe can be cut down  and pipe slipped on the same way.
XB08 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with better low end torque, response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller or jet change to compensate for the shorter pipe. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Plates are set for a good balance of low end torque and top end power. Disk pipe delivers deep low RPM tone that is not excessively loud at high RPM like most short open aftermarket pipes however this is not a quiet exhaust and is much louder then stock. Pipe is ready to bolt on to stock header and runs great with stock ECU no fuel controllers or re-mapping needed. Incredible superbike tone not found on any other aftermarket pipe today. This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.
