JLC Custom Outfitters Black Fringe Chaps Slick Out Reining Ladies Small

Please see photos for measurements! Very nice, top grain high quality chaps used for reining. Made by JLC Custom Outfitters of Tucson, AZ (now retired). Ostrich tops and all fringe in tact. Buckle set by Dale Chavez with some wear on the back of the back buckle but you can’t see it. Slight tarnish on small front buckle, but just needs cleaning. There are a few stones missing on the leg, but would be extremely easy to repaired. These have been in my closet and I primarily wear brown right now, so no use for them! Excellent condition, sad to sell, but want them to be in the hands of someone who will use them! I’d venture to say a size small for a size 2/4 lady!
