**You are bidding on a new Santee chrome replacement exhaust bracket for 1984-2005 Harley Davidson Softail models. As far as we know this will not fit any other models though you may be able to use it for custom applications. Please read our terms listed below and bid accordingly.
**We received this through a dealer buyout and all of the information we have on it is listed here. The first through third pictures show the bracket from various angles. In the fourth picture you can see the label on the packaging with part #11352 and the fifth picture shows the listing for this out of the 2005 Custom Chrome catalog. Please review our terms prior to bidding..
**According to the label this bracket will work with the following Santee exhausts: Custom Chrome part #08830, #11047, #11078 and #11170. The catalog lists this as fitting Softail models from 1984 to the present; however we can not be sure this will fit Softails after 2005, the year the catalog was published. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
**This exhaust bracket retailed for .99 in the 2005 Custom Chrome catalog and would probably be more today. Our starting price is well below that.
**This item is returnable in accordance with our terms outlined below, less a restock fee.

Shipping Terms:
Your small flat rate shipping price is reflected above. If there is no shipping price listed above or you cannot bid then you are in one of the few countries that we will NOT ship to.
Please note:
Because of the limited amount of space available to us you may not receive the original packaging with your item.
Small flat rates from USPS cannot be combined with any other item. It will have to be shipped separately from any other items you may purchase from us.
We process and ship orders within three business days of payment clearing (payment is not cleared until Paypal shows it as cleared, sometimes Paypal will show a payment as pending, we cannot ship an item out while the payment is pending). Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment has ‘cleared’, please contact us by clicking 'Ask Seller A Question' above.
We will attempt to provide a tracking number for your shipment, however, because USPS will not provide tracking numbers most times, we cannot always provide one. USPS Priority Mail within the United States can take up to 10 days and International Shipments can take up to 30 days. Please contact us after these time limits have passed. After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:
(1) Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is
MATERIALLY DIFFERENT
than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
